We have a new vicar coming!
Whilst remaining in Interregnum for a few more months (see below) we have found our next vicar.
We are
delighted to announce that with the unanimous approval of the patron, the
Church Society Trust and the parish representatives, the Revd Andy Byfield has
accepted the Bishop’s invitation to be Vicar of Moulton. He will be Instituted
by Bishop Donald and Inducted by Archdeacon Christine on 16th July
at 7.30pm.
Andy is currently Curate at Emmanuel,
Wimbledon, working as part of a staff team of eleven with responsibility for 18
House Groups, baptism preparation and overseeing the main family service. He
has also organised outreach events including tennis queue evangelism at the
Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Andy is married to Anna and they have three
young children.
Welcome
At Moulton Parish Church we seek to cater for people of all ages, and our desire is to help each person to come to know JESUS CHRIST more fully!
Whatever your background, we are sure that you will find something to interest you here, as the life of Moulton Church is expressed in so many ways. To find out more about Moulton Church, including a brief history of it's long existence, please see the welcome booklet. To view the latest Parish Profile please click here.
Interregnum
We are currently in a period of interregnum here at St Peter and St Paul’s, Moulton. Our previous Vicar, Revd Peter Breckwoldt, has moved on to be the Vicar at St John’s, Wimborne but we believe this time of change provides a great opportunity in the life of Moulton Parish Church.
Completing our Parish Profile has enabled us as a church family to reflect on our Christian journey over the last decade as well as focussing on challenges for the future. We have been able to give consideration to the areas of ministry we want to prioritise moving forward.
As we trust God, who already knows, we are excited to learn who our next Vicar will be. We are seeking a leader who, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, will help us to fulfil the plans which God has called us to in Jesus Christ. We want to be challenged and move forward together, developing new ways of furthering the gospel and expressing our faith. If you want to know who has responsibilities for the various functions during the interregnum, please click here.

Our normal Sunday Services are Holy Communion at 9:00am,Morning Worship at 10:30am, and Evening Prayer at 6:00pm. However, on the second Sunday of each month, the morning services are at 9:30am and 11:00am, both of which are All-Age services. Have a look at our service timetable for more details. Take a listen to the latest sermons for a sample of the teaching.
